How to book

1. Contact us for a chat

We are always happy to discuss your requirements and provide a clear quote with a guaranteed price. You can choose one of the many popular tours from our programme or we can tailor-make an itinerary to fit your requirements. 2. Make a provisional booking

After checking availability for you, we can hold your reservation with absolutely no obligation for two weeks whilst you collect first deposits of the following amounts per paying person:

• £30 per person for all UK tours
• £40 per person for all European Coach tours

A completed booking form should be returned with your initial deposit.

3. Confirm your booking

After we receive your Booking Form and provisional deposit we will confirm your booking. A confirmation deposit of £50 per person is payable 6 months prior to departure. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure for UK tours and 12 weeks prior to departure for European tours. Please note that any theatre tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

4. Final details

Your tickets and itinerary are sent approximately 8 weeks before departure, providing the final balance has been paid. We are on hand throughout to make sure everything goes smoothly and to answer any questions you may have.
