With world class museums and galleries such as the Imperial War Museum North, The Tate Gallery, The Beatle Story and the Lowry Centre; famous sporting venues such as Old Trafford and Anfield Football Stadiums; numerous theatres and performing arts venues; and a range of other top class attractions, it is easy to see why so many schools are now deciding to go on educational trips to Liverpool or Manchester.

Fussell’s Travel Services offer a full range of tailor-made packages for Manchester and Liverpool school adventures, with full board accommodation and coach transport all on offer. Our usual choices for accommodation are in YHA Manchester or Liverpool, and both provide facilities that are perfect for schools to use, as well as being right at the heart of either city’s respective attractions.

YHA Manchester

The YHA Manchester is a purpose-built canal side hostel boasting modern facilities that are just perfect for school trips, and recent refurbishment work means that furniture, toilets and showers are among the best you’ll find. The reception area has also been fully refurbished, as have the lounge and games room areas, so you’re certain to enjoy your stay.
